Due to the nature and time needed for a full inspection, inspections are generally scheduled as 3-hour time slots. 8am-11am, 12pm-3pm, and 4pm-7pm. Weekend appointments may be available, please call to inquire. It is preferred, but not necessary, that the client attends the entire inspection along with the inspector in order to get a full understanding of their home.
